2. Processing Guidelines 

a) All Products on the site are subject to availability and payment being received before your order is processed. 

b) We will contact you if the Products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional information is needed.

    • Standard Shipping (2 - 10 Days)All orders below $20 $3.95 (for USPS First Class Mail)
    • Express Shipping (2 - 3 Days)$7.95 (for USPS Priority Mail). 

 a) We only ship to addresses located within the United States, through USPS. 

b) We provide free shipping for all orders over $20. All other orders are charged a standard shipping fee of $3.95 (for USPS First Class Mail) and $7.95 (for USPS Priority Mail). 

c) Please note that the delivery dates stated on the order page are approximate and for guidance purposes only. Actual delivery dates may vary. 

4. Delivery Date Estimates; Tracking Number 

a) We aim to ship all orders within 24 hrs of your order being placed 

b) Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours before the tracking number can be updated online. 

c) Once an order is processed and shipped out, we are unable to change the delivery address or other aspects of the order. 

5. Inspection 

a) You are required to inspect the delivered Products once you receive you order and ensure that the Products are in “as expected” condition. 

b) In the event they are not in an “as expected” condition, please Contact Us as soon as possible, with all necessary information, including photographic proof.
